2004-12-30 [shudson]: if you're planning on making changes then that's not "finished" is it? If you mean that you re-read it, find a horrible grammar/spelling error and fix that, it is fine. But you should really try to proof-read BEFORE submitting. It is an "official Elftown contest."

2004-12-30 [shudson]: There is no limit to the number of entries so you don't have to worry about the contest filling up. The person who submits first will not get any more change to win than the person who submits last.
